1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CostaCraft services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Services

CostaCraft provides Minecraft server hosting and Web Hosting services located in Costa Rica. Service specifications are described on our pricing pages.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, DDoS attacks, mining cryptocurrencies without authorization, or any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Payments & Refunds

Services are billed monthly in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

CostaCraft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
