1. DDoS Protection

Every Minecraft server and web hosting plan includes DDoS protection from day one, at no extra cost and with no setup required on your end. Malicious traffic is filtered before it ever reaches your server.

2. Encryption and SSL Certificates

All web hosting includes a free SSL/TLS certificate, renewed automatically. Traffic between your visitors and your site always travels encrypted.

3. Storage Infrastructure

We use NVMe SSD storage across our entire infrastructure — faster and more reliable than the mechanical disks or traditional SSDs still used by several hosts in the region.

4. Automatic Backups

Web hosting plans include automatic backups, so a mistake on your end or a technical issue never means losing your site from scratch.

5. Admin Panel

Minecraft servers are managed with Pterodactyl, a widely-used open-source panel, with isolated containers per server — a problem on one server never affects the others.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, with low latency within Costa Rica and Central America. Current availability status can be checked at any time by contacting support.

7. Access and Authentication

Administrative access to our infrastructure is limited and protected; customer passwords are never stored in plain text. We recommend enabling strong, unique passwords in your client panel.

8. Vulnerability Reporting

If you find a security issue in our systems, write to us directly at soporte@costacraft.net — we take it seriously and respond personally, not with an automated ticket.
